Andrew Grose Bio

Andrew Grose has made his mark on national television in Canada with over 20 national television specials including 8 appearances at the prestigious Just For Laughs Comedy Festival.

He was the Mayor of Edmonton’s choice to appear at the Mayors Celebration of the Arts in 2010 and starred in the 2011 Calgary Stampede Grandstand Show.

Originally from Charlottetown, P.E.I. Andrew makes his home in Edmonton, Alberta where he organized the Laughing For Cancer Benefit which raised over $1,000,000 for cancer research and treatment in Alberta.

For the past 10 years, Andrew has served as the Producer of the Edmonton Comedy Festival. In 2016, The Canadian Comedy Awards recognized that comedy festival as the best run festival in the country.

In 2011 Andrew joined Corus Entertainment as the co-host of the 630 CHED Afternoon News. Together with former Global News anchor J’lyn Nye the Afternoon News became Alberta’s most listened to talk radio show. Andrew left the show in 2019 to return to his first love: comedy.

Andrew has a Bachelor of Commerce and a Master Degree in Business from Dalhousie University and regularly gives keynote presentations on customer service as well as fundraising.

He is a father of 4 and a grandfather of 3 with his wife Carole.
