Bowser and Blue have been writing and performing music and comedy together since 1978. Colorectal Surgeons around the world are familiar with them through the song 'Working Where the Sun Don't Shine', which was first heard on 'Madly Off In All Directions' in 1997.

This year they were on stage at the Just For Laughs comedy Festival, with Joan Rivers and many other fine comedians. Look for that show on CBC-TV later this year. They can often be seen on television shows compiled from their many festival appearances since 1988.

They are currently appearing at Theatre Lac Brome in "The 25th Century Belongs to Canada," a follow-up to the highly successful "Four Anglos of the Apocalypse." This was a comic perspective on the last 30 years of politics in Quebec, narrated by film-maker and humorist Josh Freed, with music by Bowser and Blue and cartoons by award-winning cartoonist Terry Mosher (Aislin). Highlights from the show were presented at Toronto's IdeaCity festival in 2007.

They have recorded with Supertramp's Rick Davies, and with Kimberley Rew, Vince de la Cruz, Alex Cooper and Katrina Leskanich of Katrina and the Waves. They also recorded a song with Blair and the late Gary MacLean, of MacLean and MacLean.

They have written and appeared in many full-length Theatre shows, most recently the musical 'The Paris of America,' which ran for seven sold-out weeks at Montreal's Centaur Theatre in 2003. Previous shows include the smash hits 'Blokes' and 'Blokes Deux.'

Bowser and Blue were featured in the CBC-TV broadcast of 'Mid-Life Crazy,' with host Cathy Jones, taped at the Winnipeg Comedy Festival in 2005. In the fall of 2004, they toured Performing Arts Centres and Community Theatres in Alberta, and brought their show to Ontario theatres later in 2005, with a subsequent tour of Atlantic Canada in early 2006.

In 2003 they collaborated with Terry Mosher to produce 'The Illustrated Canadian Songbook', which comes with a companion CD. The Christmas TV special 'Two Nuts Roasting On An Open Fire' was nominated for a Gemini.

They have recorded 10 CDs on their own 'You Guys' label, and 4 on Montreal’s Justin Time label.

Bowser and Blue wrote and performed the music for the NFB animated film "Scant Sanity," by John Weldon, and for the TV show "Misguided Angels." The instrumental guitar music for that show, "Red Guitars,"is what you hear in the auditorium between shows at B&B concerts.
